WHAT IS THE PRINCESS MARGARET LOTTERY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
Members are ongoing supporters of the Princess Margaret Lottery, who opt to pre-register their ticket order preferences for future licensed lotteries. Members are notified in advance before any tickets are charged at the commencement of the next lottery. Members ticket numbers will be included in all the draws.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE PRINCESS MARGARET LOTTERY?
Become a Member by checking YES when prompted when you place your ticket order online or call our customer service team at 1-800-542-8813. Sign up is easy and convenient. Please note, an email address and credit card number are required to become a Member.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PRINCESS MARGARET LOTTERY MEMBERSHIP?
Princess Margaret Lotteries have a history of selling out early. By becoming a member, your tickets will automatically be issued for each newly licensed lottery and tickets will be eligible for all prize draws. In addition, you will have access to exclusive events, and your support is helping to fund life-saving cancer research at The Princess Margaret. Membership sign-up is easy, convenient and your order can be cancelled or changed at any time.
WILL I RECEIVE ADVANCE NOTICE BEFORE MY CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED?
Yes, all members will receive advance notice prior to their credit card being charged. Members can cancel, pause, or amend their order at that time.
HOW DO MEMBERS RECEIVE TICKETS?
Members automatically receive tickets via email when the next lottery starts. Advance notification will be sent to you prior to your credit card being charged in case you would like to amend your membership order.
HOW MANY PRINCESS MARGARET LOTTERIES ARE THERE?
There are currently three Princess Margaret Lotteries – one in the spring, one in the summer, and one in the fall.
IS THERE A FEE TO BECOME A MEMBER?
No. There is no fee to become a member and there is no minimum commitment.
CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. Princess Margaret Lottery ticket orders may be cancelled prior to the commencement of the draws and will be refunded for the amount that was paid for the ticket(s). Once draws have begun, no refunds are permitted. Please call our customer service team at 1-800-542-8813 to cancel or change your membership options.
