HOME LOTTERY CONTEST GUIDELINES
24,667 prizes will be awarded, valued at $12,726,404.59 (including all taxes and freight).

ELIGIBILITY
Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household from ordering a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team, PMCC Executive Team; Deloitte & Touche LLP partners and employees and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be ordered and mailed in the province of Ontario.

The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

All inquiries, if any, regarding the “Chances of Winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the order of ticket(s).

The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

TICKETS
Only 357,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack♦ for $250 or a 5-Pack♦ for $375. For each order placed, one official ticket receipt will be issued. The ticket will list one, three or five ticket numbers. Up to THREE names may be recorded on a Home Lottery ticket.

♦All tickets in a 3-Pack or 5-Pack must contain the same information.

DRAW ORDER
The first draw will be for the Apple Mania Prizes. Only tickets purchased by Midnight, February 8 will qualify for the 30 Apple iPad16GB Mini draws. The draws (30 prizes) will take place on February 18, 2013 at 10:00am at the offices of Deloitte. The next draw will be for the VIP Prize. Only tickets purchased by Midnight, February 22, will qualify for the VIP Prize draw. The draw (1 prize) will take place on March 4, 2013 at 10:00am at the offices of Deloitte. The next draw will be for the Bonus Prize. Only tickets purchased by Midnight March 22 will qualify for the Bonus Prize draw. The draw (1 prize) will take place on April 5, 2013 at 10:00am at the offices of Deloitte.

* In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of Midnight, April 18 then all draws would begin on April 26 at 9:00am. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize. This would be followed by draws for all remaining prizes starting with the lowest valued prize to the top valued prizes. The top prize draws would be made May 2, 2013 live on CP24 between 6:00am and 6:00pm at 1 Stallions Court, Vaughan, L6A 4V5.

** In the event tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird draw would be made on May 2, 2013 on CP24 Breakfast between 5:30am and 9:00am at 299 Queen Street W., Toronto, M5V 2Z5. The final deadline for ticket sales is Midnight, May 9. The remaining draws would then begin on May 17 at 9:00am starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the top valued prizes. The top prize draws would be made on May 23, 2013 live on CP24 between 6:00am and 6:00pm at 1 Stallions Court, Vaughan, L6A 4V5.

All draws, with the exception of those made on television, will be made at the offices of Deloitte, 5140 Yonge St., Suite 1700, North York, M2N 6L7.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and where to claim their prizes. Major prize winners will be published in the Toronto Star and a complete list of winners will be posted online at PrincessMargaretLotto.com. if all draws are completed on May 2, 2013, winners will be published on Thursday, May 9. If all draws are completed on May 23, 2013, winners will be published on Thursday, May 30. A printed list of winners is available upon request. Call 1-800-542-8813 or email pmhlotterycs@deloitte.ca.

PRIZE CLAIM
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All retail prize values are independently verified by prize suppliers, as per gaming Commission rules.

‡The Bonus Prize is $50,000 worth of gold bullion. The number of ounces to be awarded will be based on prevailing gold market price, as published by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA’s PM Gold Fix price) on the date of the awarding of the prize.

Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

Custom grand prize homes may include many custom upgrades, unique features and the full retail replacement value of all of these features including appliances and finishes, flooring, landscaping, etc. Real estate retail prize values are calculated based on replacement value and include: land purchase price, value of home construction, materials, labor, permits, all taxes applicable including full HST, cost of site preparation, landscaping, carrying costs, furnishings and decorating.

Vacation prizes will be awarded as cheques payable to the primary ticketholder for the value of the trip as described in the lottery brochure at the time of printing. The prize winner may contact the prize supplier to make travel arrangements should they wish to take the trip as described. There is no requirement that vacation prize funds be used towards a travel purchase.

Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of one year from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.
